Sign up, complete KYC, create a warehouse and add funds to your wallet. Then open Create Shipment: enter delivery details and package specs, compare live courier rates and book. Your AWB and shipping label are generated instantly. For quick bookings, use Quick Book from your dashboard.

Rates are determined by the pickup and delivery pincodes (zone), chargeable weight, the courier/service you select, COD fees where applicable and surcharges. Every quote shows the final GST-inclusive price before you book — that exact amount is deducted from your wallet.

Chargeable (billed) weight is the weight the courier bills you on — determined from your shipment's actual and volumetric weight according to the courier's rules. The calculator and booking flow show the chargeable weight before you pay.

Volumetric weight reflects the space a package occupies, commonly computed as Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000 (in cm/kg). Courier partners may apply different divisors or rules, so the applicable billing weight follows the selected courier's rules.

Open Shipments and use the cancel action before courier pickup. ShipAny confirms the cancellation with the courier first; once confirmed, the full amount is refunded to your wallet — most confirmations are instant. After pickup, cancellation is no longer possible and the shipment follows the RTO process instead.

Use the Track Shipment page with your AWB or shipment number — no login required. Every courier's scans are normalized into one unified ShipAny timeline from pickup to proof of delivery.

For COD shipments, the courier collects the amount from the recipient on delivery. COD remittance and settlement information is visible in your ShipAny dashboard so you can track what has been collected and settled.

A Non-Delivery Report is raised when a delivery attempt fails (customer unavailable, address issue, refusal, etc.). The shipment appears in your NDR panel, the customer is notified, and you can take action — reattempt delivery or update details. If the NDR is not resolved, the shipment moves toward RTO (Return to Origin).

Sign up, open the Developer Portal in your dashboard and generate an API key (sandbox or production). Call the v1 REST API with the X-API-Key header to fetch rates, create shipments, track orders, cancel and more — see /developers for the reference.
